Transcript for 11/14/24: COP 29 – REVOLUTION OR DEATH W/ PAUL CHAMBERS
Last night after coming home, it was yet again another night of sitting back and watching a random movie before bed-- this time it was a random choice and the movie was Geostorm.
Yes, I have seen it before and it certainly is entertaining especially when it is about the topic of controlling the weather.
I am not talking about Jewish Laser beams but some serious truths found hidden in what can be called a B-movie that the critics panned.
The movie's setting parallels our own world, where technological advancements are used to solve crises but also create new dilemmas with geoengineering.
It basically centers on what happens when mankind decides to hack the planet and its fragile ecosystem.
Geoengineering could reshape our world in fundamental ways. Because of the global impacts that will inevitably accompany attempts to engineer the planet, this isn’t a technology where some people can selectively opt in or opt out of it: Geoengineering has the potential to affect everyone.
Moreover, it raises profound questions about humans’ relationships to nonhuman nature. The conversations that matter are ultimately less about the technology itself and more about what we collectively stand to gain or lose politically, culturally and socially.
Science fiction has become less Fiction and more symbolic than anything else. While I am fully aware that symbolism has always been in science fiction, I am noticing that there is a template that seems to go unchanged, and it appears that no new future is being predicted, but only a darker, short-term future.
We are in a time of pessimism and the art is certainly imitating our lives. Or is It the other way around? I am beginning to wonder if some social experiment is taking place to see just how far a large group of people or even an individual will go before they crack or even die. It is a sick dance macabre. We are beginning to see a darker side of consciousness, a result of trauma-based programming.
We all have a few small–scale, true beliefs that characterize the human condition, and we can all agree that we share some commonality in this regard. However, we have been constantly encouraged to be divided, and we receive all sorts of confused signals.
The Conference of the Parties or the COP29 summit, is the big Climate crisis summit where a group of self-congratulatory world leaders will meet in Baku, Azerbaijan for photo-ops, catered meals, and of course discussion of climate goals that they don’t intend to meet.
Their window of opportunity for Net Zero policies is soon to close as their sustainable goals which include population and trauma may be slowed down by a Trump Presidency. The words are becoming incendiary about a climate crisis--again another existential threat that is certainly being pumped as a do-or-die situation.
The upcoming inauguration of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump in January 2025 gives participants a dose of doubt. During his previous term, Trump withdrew the U.S. from the Paris Agreement and rolled back numerous environmental regulations.
Trump has said that he will again pull out of the Paris Climate Accords to which former secretary under Barack Obama John Kerry cautioned that doing so would "cede leadership" to China.
"He would diminish the ability of the world to be able to respond to this existential crisis," Kerry warned.
The first installment of the series takes a look at the push for green capitalism, and questions the common-sense assumptions of its cheerleaders. Bolstered by unwavering, uncritical support from NGOs, energy corporations portray themselves as cutting-edge innovators in green energy technology while hedging their bets and maintaining diversified portfolios-- namely fossil fuel investments.
On Tuesday, UN Secretary-General António Guterres told the world leaders who attended the event that last year’s meeting was a “master class in climate destruction,” adding, “The sound you hear is the ticking clock.”
Guterres also said the transition to clean energy “won’t be stopped by no group, no business, and no government.” He was likely referring to Trump’s plan to roll back certain climate policies that are strangling the economy and simultaneously boosting inflation, making US companies unable to compete in international markets. At the same time, China operates free of these de-growth policies.
One particular speech by Willem Branten, the public affairs officer of True Animal Protein Price (TAPP) Coalition, a non-profit foundation focused on taxing real meat out of existence to reset the global food supply chain into a plant-based future.
The agenda still stands where these unelected leaders are pushing lab meat made from cancer cells and insects as a way to solve the so-called ‘climate crisis.’
These tyrants want a worldwide meat tax – to fund their climate crisis agenda and eventually end the overconsumption of animal protein.
So they say.
Calling for a meat tax while US retail ground beef prices are soaring shows just how out-of-touch the left are with concerns of the working class. That’s why they lost the election according to political analysts.
In other words, the themes of de-growth and de-population promoted by the UN are being pushed by radical leftists who want to control every facet of life—what you eat, drive, and how you live. Trump’s victory last week was a vote by the American people that rejects radical climate grifters and their Marxist friends that have sparked the worst inflation storm in a generation.
Trump is seeking to overhaul energy and environmental policies, aiming to dismantle the Left’s climate agenda and eliminate programs that impede the country’s economic growth. While President Joe Biden’s negotiators will be at this week’s COP talks in Azerbaijan, nothing they agree to will be binding for the Trump administration.
The new Trump administration will push for a major ramp-up of oil and gas exploration within the US, roll back environmental protections as well as impose heavy tariffs on electric vehicles and solar panels coming from China.
Trump is also expected to end the pause on permitting new liquefied natural gas exports to big markets in Asia and Europe and revoke a waiver that allows California and other states to have tighter pollution standards, according to a New York Times report.
Trump is also reported to be under pressure to pull the US out of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change for the first time if he becomes president.
While leaving the Paris Agreement would be legally straightforward, legal experts had previously been divided on whether Trump could withdraw the US from the UNFCCC without the approval of the US Senate and – if he did – how easy it would be for a future president to re-join.
However, given that the Senate is now in Republican hands, Trump could move forward on this should he so choose.
The 2015 Paris Climate Agreement is an international treaty aimed at limiting global warming to well below 2 degrees Celsius, with efforts to keep it under 1.5 degrees.
Democrats have made climate change and the goal of limiting global warming a new religion.
They claim Trump risks derailing American climate policy, as well as the global fight against climate change.
They have called his election a “crushing blow,” a “dark day for the climate,” and “the greatest civilizational and climatic setback on our planet.”
Democrats believe the Paris Climate Agreement represents a positive, collective global effort to address climate change.
As part of the Agreement, countries set nationally determined contributions (NDCs) to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, fostering accountability and progress tracking. Developed nations pledge financial and technical support to help developing countries transition to greener economies and adapt to climate impacts, which can alleviate economic inequality.
The US has already committed billions in American taxpayer dollars to developing countries, a move many conservatives are upset about.
As well they should be -- within the past four years the whole Climate Crisis psy-op has been successful as weather reports have now been beefed up to sound more dramatic, and how it is evident that storms now are forced multiplied through a series of geoengineering projects where storms are being steered towards populated areas giving way to speculation that secret military operations are not only geoengineering storm systems but social engineering the public into a form of PTSD concerning tropical depressions, that are computer modeled or gamed to terrify people, when these storms haven't been geoengineered yet.
Tropical Depression 19 is now being followed -- and the computer models again have the storm headed for Florida -- picking up Hurricane force multiplication on the way.
Many of the mainstream media outlets throughout Florida have now broadcast the NOAA tropical depression trajectory and fabricated their own hurricane forecast-- but each model shows different trajectories, with Florida being ground zero for the destruction from a Hurricane that does not exist yet. This is exactly how the perps deliberately trigger Superstorm PTSD regularly throughout all of Hurricane Alley.
State of the Nation reports that the Hurricane that does not exist yet will be named Sara. The models show that Florida will be clobbered by this storm.
When and if it arrives.
They look at it as an exaggeration to cause PTSD which is mentally crippling Florida-- it is social engineering that convinces a state that they are a target of climate change.
This type of alarm has already taken place multiple times during the 2024 hurricane season. Obviously, the ever-manipulative and -prevaricating mainstream media is deceitfully taking advantage of the shell-shocked residents of Florida, knowing that such false hurricane reporting can trigger full-blown Superstorm PTSD statewide.
It is proposed that the timing of all of this -- during the COP 29 meeting not only serves the purpose of convincing the world body that the climate is worsening but also used to inflict a new ‘mental and behavioral disorder’ on every Floridian.
“For a state that has been ravaged by geoengineered superstorms such as Hurricane Andrew, Hurricane Ivan, Hurricane Michael and Hurricane Ian, it easy to see how many Florida residents now experience their unique type of SUPERSTORM PTSD.”
There is even a conspiracy theory that Florida is being targeted because of its political views and its Conservative Governor.
It is being proposed that they are transparently attacking conservative rural counties with extraordinary precision. This sets up a predicament whereby the Soros-like predatory capitalists can then exploit those hurricane-ravaged areas with the most naked examples of disaster capitalism.
It was even proposed that Hurricane Helene was used to diminish election results in North Carolina and surrounding areas. This is debatable.
To make living in Florida is prohibitively expensive for residents from Pensacola to the Keys. With each superstorm, both homeowners and auto insurance premiums go way up. Commercial insurance rates for businesses also skyrocket which is always passed onto the consumers/residents. There are many other increasing costs that folks on fixed incomes cannot afford driving them out of the state.
It’s impossible for anyone who has not been in a Cat 4 or Cat 5 hurricane to understand the sheer terror that such an experience can produce. And, how that traumatizing event can set an individual up for a case of lifelong PTSD, especially when they are recurring as they are every hurricane season throughout the Deep South.
Particularly when these superstorms are weaponized in such a way so as to produce devastating tornado swarms far from the actual eye of the hurricane, have they become highly unpredictable and frightening for Floridians from Key West to Pensacola?
Of course, the folks who reside on the coastline always run the risk of living through overwhelming storm surge that washes away whole beaches (and beach houses) in a matter of hours. In this way, both homes and businesses can be wrecked and ruined in what can be determined to be a geoengineered Deluge.
For example, early studies using computer models indicated that injecting particles into the stratosphere to cool parts of Earth might disrupt the Asian and African summer monsoons, threatening the food supply for billions of people. Even if deployment wouldn’t necessarily result in regional inequalities, the prospect of solar geoengineering raises questions about who has the power to shape our climate future, and who and what gets left out.
Other concerns focus on possible unintended consequences of large-scale open-air experimentation – especially when our whole planet becomes the lab. There’s a fear that the consequences would be irreversible, and that the line between research and deployment is inherently fuzzy.
And then there’s the distraction problem, often known as the “moral hazard.” Even researching geoengineering as one potential response to climate change may distract from the necessary and difficult work of reducing greenhouse gas levels and adapting to a changing climate – not to mention the challenges of encouraging more sustainable lifestyles and practices.
Today climate science provides an end-times prophecy that works in much the same way as the religious apocalypticism of old.
Religion enchants the world, lending spiritual significance to every part of life. Climate change makes everything from charging your iPhone to skipping beef for dinner a potentially salvific act.
Cattle once again have to be sacrificed — they emit too much methane and CO2.
What does it take to avert the end of the world?
Repentance of our climate sins?
And the dietary laws climate science prescribes are as exacting as those of any religion. Every day is a fast day when you subsist on tofu and insect protein.
Purity and ritual cleanliness are religious concepts that find a remarkable parallel in the way of life climate science promotes.
Well-educated liberals laugh when a televangelist claims a hurricane is God’s punishment for America’s acceptance of homosexuality.
Yet liberals also believe the weather is a moral force, punishing Americans for the sins of capitalism.
The vast majority of first-world nation populations are completely oblivious to the unfolding weaponized environmental cataclysms that are closing in from every side.
This unimaginable blindness is, unfortunately, willful in most cases. The majority choose to accept any power structure paid for propaganda, disinformation, and lies of omission that enforce their cognitive bias and enforced anthropogenic climate change laws.
Anyone who knows the geological history of our planet is aware that over millions of years, our planet has been much colder and much hotter than it is today. Our present era is one of steady warming, not because of human activity but because of the planet’s own long-range cycles.
If we were to cut all CO2 emissions tomorrow, the world would continue to warm. Floods and forest fires certainly would not cease.
The fact the politics of climate science so closely mirrors religious apocalypticism ought to prompt some reflection.
