It allegedly outlines a plan to preserve and maintain human civilization in the event of a global catastrophe, such as nuclear war or environmental collapse. The question is, are we really on the brink of extinction or is all of the talk about doomsday events a product of Deep State greenwashing and fabricated threat assessments that are being used as condition tools for a global superstate?
