On October 4, a massive nationwide emergency test will be conducted on all electronics. What is so alarming is that the government will have de facto totalitarian control over our individual lives in a digital world. And not just our government—a global government. This is part of the technocracy being implemented by the World Economic Forum. The Great Reset was intended to transition to a new form of surveillance capitalism which is built on a digital foundation. After all, the more digitized the world becomes, the more data is produced by people and the more opportunities arise to monetize the data, and invariably, the technocrats will have greater control over their citizens. Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks about LIGHTS CAMERA ACHTUNG!

SHOW TRANSCRIPT:
A week or so ago, I told you to mark your calendar for October 4th as a massive nationwide emergency test will be tested on all electronics.
If youundefinedre not ready for it, though, it could still make you jump. But I also think you should be reminded of how emergency systems are abused to negate constitutional law.
During the hysteria of the COVID pandemic questions swirled around how the federal government would respond to the events under the declaration of a national health emergency. What kind of powers would they claim to have and which constitutional rights would they try to suppress? What many Americans did not consider, however, was the implementation of emergency powers under state governments rather than the White House.
Most of the COVID mandates crushing the US economy during that period were not federal mandates, but state mandates and constitutional law and freedom of movement were stifled by emergency enactments – including freedom of speech, right to worship, and many other rights revoked on a whim.
Apparently, we did not learn anything after the 9/11 attacks and the Patriot Acts I and II – people tend to lose their minds in a crisis and depend on the government to tell them what to do.
In the meantime, we hear from the public “Something has to be done” or “Someone will rise up all we need is the word.”
That ship has sailed.
There is a lyric in a Pink Floyd song that comes to mind whenever I watch the news and seethe at the criminal activity and tyranny that is being tolerated.
The lyrics are from the classic song TIME from the album Dark Side of the Moon.
undefinedAnd then one day you find
Ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run
You missed the starting gun.undefined
So you run and you run to catch up with the sun but itundefineds sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again.
The sun is the same in a relative way but youundefinedre older,
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death.
Every passing day, every hour every minute and every second we here in the United States are enduring and tolerating tyranny.
I canundefinedt believe that we are arguing over which criminal is best suited to lead us- elected by a fraudulent election.
We have now accepted the routine of what it means to live in a third-world country, racked with Poverty, disease, and psychopathic leadership undefined leadership that uses secret police forces and underhanded unconstitutional methods to get their way.
They have threatened the people with force, suppressed freedom of speech, devalued religion, the family, and a way of life that most Americans were proud of.
I was recently sent a video that has gone viral of a woman in tears and quite panicked. She is claiming that New York is setting up “quarantine camps” to forcibly detain people who may have COVID-19.
I got a little bit of Deja vu because back in 2020 we discovered COVID-19 trailers set up in a remote area of Goldendale Washington and we learned of other facilities near mental institutions in Olympia Washington as well.
Last March in New York Governor Kathy Hotchul was prepared to “imprison people if they are suspected of being exposed to a disease.”
Fast forward to this week, and videos started spreading on TikTok and Twitter.
Of course, fact-checkers are scrambling to debunk the claims undefined but In reality, there is a kernel of truth in this viral meme, because there was an important court case happening in Rochester, New York.
New York state politicians brought a lawsuit under the group name Uniting NYS arguing that state laws give the government too much power under health emergency orders to force people into quarantine. The group won their lawsuit back in July at the New York Supreme Court but the state has appealed the decision and oral arguments for that appeal were Wednesday. The arguments are available in their entirety on YouTube.
Every state in the country has similar laws that allow the state to force people into quarantine, something that’s typically done in their own homes.
These are typical lockdown laws. Those are all of a sudden employed under emergency powers – that the states seem to abuse.
On the other hand, state governors in 44 states have sweeping authorities under emergency conditions, with very little immediate legal recourse.
In Hawaii, the exploitation of state emergency provisions under Governor Josh Green led to possibly thousands of deaths as they refused to release water supplies for fire fighting and even blockaded Maui residents, forcing them back into the blaze. They have even put an information blackout in place and denied news organizations access to the scene of the disaster. One has to ask – Was this done out of stupidity? Or was this a test to see what kinds of trespasses and controls citizens would accept?
The state of New York is pursuing the authority to force quarantine human beings against their will and the ability to locate them in quarantine camps AKA concentration camps. The five-judge court of appeals may take a couple of months to render a verdict.
The idea that Americans are supposed to live in fear of being rounded up or imprisoned for no reason other than being infected with a disease is immoral and sadistic.
The fact that we even have to discuss the Stalinesque threats is a mockery of our freedoms undefined those that were fought for by our veterans.
It goes without saying that this is a similar tactic that was used in NAZI Germany during World War II when Jews and Gypsies and other undesirables were said to carry diseases and were forced into concentration camps.
The chances of this being ratified are slim undefined but the fact that this is even being discussed as an option says just how much we are dovetailing as a nation.
Last week, The governor of New Mexico suspended the right to open or conceal carry firearms in the city of Albuquerque after several recent shootings. Albuquerque Mayor and Police Chief unanimously said that they would not enforce the knee-jerk ruling.
Over the weekend Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham amended her emergency public health order suspending the right to carry firearms in public , days after a Biden-appointed judge temporarily blocked its enforcement.
The Judge called the move unconstitutional.
As we have seen recently in places like Hawaii and now New Mexico, Democrat governors have been playing with fire as they seek to push the envelope of emergency controls at the state level.
Even after the Ruling the New Mexican governor will continue,
She stated :
undefinedI’m going to continue pushing to make sure that all of us are using every resource available to put an end to this public health emergency with the urgency it deserves, undefined said Lujan Grisham undefinedI will not accept the status quo – enough is enough.undefined
The root of her argument is this: “I am banning legal firearms carry in Albuquerque because under emergency powers I can.”
Thatundefineds it. Thatundefineds all sheundefineds got.
As we can see Governor like Lujan Grisham apparently does not respect the constitution. The Second Amendment right to bear arms is not to be infringed.
But this is not the only problem as the 1st amendment is taking a beating -as people are being jailed for thought crimes, and using their free speech rights.
Owen Shroyer who has been a guest on Ground Zero and has hosted InfoWars was sentenced to 60 days in prison for speaking and rallying people at the January 6th rebellion.
Shroyer is one of only a handful of Jan. 6 participants charged with a crime despite having neither entered the Capitol building nor been accused of committing violence or destruction on Capitol grounds.
Prosecutors charged Shroyer because he had previously signed a deferred prosecution agreement after he interrupted a congressional hearing in 2019 and had agreed as part of that case not to utter “loud, threatening, or abusive language, or to engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds.”
He is serving jail time for speaking out -twice.
President Harry Truman once said:
“Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear.”
As I reported on my 9/11 show undefined this country and its constitution have been negated by Patriot Acts I and II. Now, it appears that a domestic surveillance program is getting great use undefined with the abuse of power- this was predicted the moment the papers were unread and signed - by power-hungry criminals in Washington.
In the 22 years since the USA Patriot Act—a massive 342-page wish list of expanded powers for the FBI and CIA—was rammed through Congress in the wake of the 9/11 terror attacks. It has snowballed into the eradication of every vital safeguard against government overreach, corruption and abuse.
The Patriot Act drove a stake through the heart of the Bill of Rights, violating at least six of the ten original amendments—the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Amendments—and possibly the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments, as well.
In fact, since 9/11, we’ve been spied on by surveillance cameras, eavesdropped on by government agents, had our belongings searched, our phones tapped, our mail opened, our email monitored, our opinions questioned, our purchases scrutinized (under the USA Patriot Act, banks are required to analyze your transactions for any patterns that raise suspicion and to see if you are connected to any objectionable people), and our activities watched.
The system is there to create bogeymen that the government wants you to hate. They also have created invisible enemies to enforce their tyranny
The war on terrorism, the war on drugs, illegal immigration, a viral pandemic, and the climate crisis and i am sure there are other traumas being devised, but the end result remains the same: in the so-called name of national security, the Constitution has been steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded.
George W. Bush and Dick Cheney created the domestic surveillance system under the auspices of DHS and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Barack Obama and Joe Biden then took that DHS surveillance system and modified the dials of the alphabet agencies so the surveillance only applied to their ideological enemies.
This is part of the technocracy being implemented by the World Economic Forum.
The “Great Reset” was intended to transition to a new form of technocracy and surveillance capitalism. In other words, a kind of capitalism whose driving force was the monetization of data collected by surveilling the behavior of citizens, who would receive nothing in return for supplying capital with all this valuable information.
Surveillance capitalism is built on a digital foundation. After all, the more digitized the world becomes, the more data is produced by people, the more opportunities arise to monetize the data.
The holy grail of data collection has long been a universal digital ID that could be identified across different channels, from websites to mobile phones to apps, etc. Your data is consolidated into a singular profile.
It became obvious to elites that a health passport provided an excellent opportunity to fast-track the introduction of a global identification system, something the UN had previously hoped to implement by 2030.
Technology is rapidly being tested and implemented throughout the surveillance network.
Now they are ready to use Artificial intelligence to level up the harassment and the targeting of US citizens they believe are domestic terrorists.
DHS will be using AI to profile, target and discriminate.
DHS currently participates in systemic, indiscriminate and/or large-scale monitoring, surveillance, or tracking of individuals.
The Department of Defense will now conduct online monitoring operations, using enhanced AI called ARGUS to protect the U.S. internet from “disinformation” under the auspices of national security.
Why do we tolerate these injustices and the revocation of the Constitution?
Well the younger generations are now fine with this type of government overreach.
Nearly one-third of Generation Z says theyundefinedd be just fine with government-installed surveillance cameras in every household under the guise of reducing domestic violence and other illegal activity.
Earlier this summer there was a poll carried out by the Cato Institute that asked:
undefinedWould you favor or oppose the government installing surveillance cameras in every household to reduce domestic violence, abuse, and other illegal activity?undefined
Of the responses, 29% of those aged 18-29 said yes.
When it comes to other age brackets, 20% of millennials (between the ages of 30 and 44) also want everyone watched.
Then, wisdom appears to kick in - as just 6% of Americans aged 45 and older were OK with government surveillance in every home.
Broken down by politics, 19% of liberals and 18% of centrists agreed that our daily lives should be monitored by the government for our own safety, while 9 - 11% of those who identify as conservative, very conservative, or very liberal agreed in what appears to be a undefinedhorseshoeundefined issue that unites both ends of the political spectrum.
Looks like we have adopted the accepted ethics of the Stasi.
Maybe that’s not surprising considering the way the liberal administration and institutions now run themselves.
Barbed wire and walls around the State Capital speak volumes as security prepare for an onslaught of uprising undefined but it is all theater undefined since the people have become passive and accepting of the tyrannical rule of the government post 9/11.
33% of black Americans said they were fine with government in-home surveillance, as did 25% of Hispanics, 11% of whites, and 9% of Asians respectively.
The question was then asked as part of the Cato Instituteundefineds survey on American attitudes on the prospect of a undefinedcentral bank digital currency.undefined Whatundefineds interesting about that is that 53% of Americans who support a CBDC also support in-home surveillance cameras.
So there is a contingent of Americans that do not have a problem with a cashless society- nor mass surveillance.
The CATO Institute explains:
undefinedNotably, Americans who support a CBDC stood out in how they think about in-home government surveillance cameras. A majority (53%) of Americans who support a CBDC support the government installing in-home surveillance cameras to reduce abuse and other illegal activity. This suggests that some of the psychology behind support for a CBDC springs from an above average comfort level with trading some personal autonomy and privacy for societal order and security.undefined
I guess the thoughts of sovereignty and autonomy are too old fashioned undefined and that the younger generations are terrified of the bogeymen that have been created in order to implement harsh and unconstitutional policies.
Back in 2001 after the attacks on America people who supported the Patriot Act were saying it was OK to tap their phones without a warrant if it helps catch terrorists, that was the important thing.
Now it AI surveillance and the ability to create delusion it will be easy to convince people that a CBDC or cashless society is crucial in finding criminals, tax cheats, terrorism, drug dealing, and human trafficking-how are you going to argue against that?
Starting in the 1950s, the government relied on COINTELPRO, its domestic intelligence program, to neutralize domestic political dissidents. Those targeted by the FBI under COINTELPRO for its intimidation, surveillance and smear campaigns included: Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X, the Black Panther Party, John Lennon, Billie Holiday, Emma Goldman, Aretha Franklin, Charlie Chaplin, Ernest Hemingway and hundreds more.
In more recent decades, the powers-that-be have expanded their reach to target anyone who opposes the police state, regardless of their political leanings.
Advances in technology have enabled the government to deploy a veritable arsenal of surveillance weapons in order to “expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize” perceived threats to the government’s power.
Surveillance cameras mounted on utility poles, traffic lights, businesses, and homes. License plate readers. Ring doorbells. GPS devices. Dash cameras. Drones. Store security cameras. Geofencing and geotracking. FitBits. Alexa. Internet-connected devices. Geofencing dragnets. Fusion centers. Smart devices. Behavioral threat assessments. Terror watch lists. Facial recognition. Snitch tip lines. Biometric scanners. Pre-crime. DNA databases. Data mining. Precognitive technology. Contact tracing apps.
What these add up to is a world in which, on any given day, the average person is now monitored, surveilled, spied on and tracked in more than 20 different ways by both government and corporate eyes and ears.
Now the government wants us to believe that we have nothing to fear from these mass spying programs as long as we’ve done nothing wrong.
The government’s definition of a “bad” guy is extraordinarily broad, and it results in the warrantless surveillance of innocent, law-abiding Americans on a staggering scale.
Moreover, there is a repressive, suppressive effect to surveillance that not only acts as a potentially small deterrent on crime but serves to monitor and chill lawful First Amendment activity, and that is the whole point.
Weaponized surveillance is re-engineering a society structured around the aesthetic of fear.
To the uncritical eye, this all seems very benign. What’s wrong with a digital wallet? So convenient. Everything is contained in one’s mobile. No more physical wallets stuffed with discount cards, multiple IDs, credit cards, dirty cash, and so on.
True enough, but what is so alarming for so many is the realization that in a digital world, the government will have de facto totalitarian control over our individual lives. And not just our government—a global government.
They will possess the details of every dollar we spend. They will know our whereabouts at all times. They will have access to every message we send. They will know our travel plans. Nothing will be alien to them.
As such, they will be able to suspend our lives on a whim or based on some perceived form of non-compliance. Such as not having received your latest vaccination. Or not having paid your taxes which will be scrupulously tracked.
The chains of digital life will greatly reduce the ability of individuals to challenge and change their governments.
