Democratic candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., claimed the U.S. was collecting Russian and Chinese DNA “so we can target people by race” with “ethnic bioweapons.” He said that COVID-19 had been designed to target Caucasians and Black people and that the people who are “most immune are Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese people.
Kennedy’s comments were widely criticized as racist and anti-Semitic in the U.S., including by his fellow Democrats. Scientists dismissed his claims about bioweapons, saying that human genetic variations exist along a continuum and no hard line can be drawn to distinguish one ethnic or population group from another based on DNA.
His comments about bioweapons found a big audience in China, where they were fanned by media outlets backed by the Communist Party.
The Communist Youth League jumped on the remarks, posting a video of Kennedy speaking on the popular Weibo social media platform. It was quickly amplified by the accounts of several party-linked media outlets, using the hashtag “#U.S. Presidential Candidate Says U.S. Is Collecting Chinese DNA.”
There has always been speculation about the real purpose of these fad Ancestry tracers, that have been given as gifts to somehow find a connection to your genetic roots.
But with these companies, there has been a massive DNA Database was created. The Fad of these 23 and me ancestry kits were at their peak just before the COVID-19 pandemic broke out.
This of course is circumstantial, but very damning when these groups have been used by police and alphabet agencies to track down suspects in cold cases.
The comments about bioweapons by Kennedy came from a recent campaign event at a New York City restaurant and were captured on video by the New York Post. After his remarks were criticized, Kennedy pointed to a 2020 study that said a receptor for the COVID 19 virus appeared not to be present in Amish people or Ashkenazi Jews.
Despite the international convention regarding the ban on biological weapons existing for over 50 years, allegations of biological warfare have been surfacing from time to time with varying levels of credibility and evidence. What appears to be more certain is that several governments have maintained at least some levels of defensive as well as aggressive biological warfare research. What is completely certain is that certain kinds of biological research being pursued in many high-security labs in many parts of the world have biological warfare implications in the sense that this can be useful for biological warfare objectives.
It is also clear that strong government connections to such labs and research certainly exist. Some of these labs and projects involve foreign collaborations as well.
If you haven’t heard, an unassuming warehouse about an hour outside of Fresno, California, was found to contain evidence of horrific, black-market biological experiments. Reedley City, a fairly small town of fewer than 25,000 people, was the site of a shocking laboratory.
This lab was found back in December, and we’re just now hearing about it.
There was over 800 different chemicals on site in different bottles of different acids. Unfortunately, a lot of these are being categorized under unknown chemicals.
Health officials discovered nearly 1,000 lab mice, 200 of which were already dead.
Also found were thousands of vials, many of which contained biohazardous materials including human blood, and other unknown substances.
According to court documents officials with the Centers for Disease Control tested what they could and determined that at least 20 potentially infectious viral, bacterial, and parasitic agents were present including E. Coli, malaria, and even COVID.
The discovery was made after a local code enforcement officer noticed A garden hose poking out a back wall of the building.
There has been no official response about this rogue lab, what its purpose was undefined and who was funding the research. However, with all the rumors about a more lethal repeat performance of the pandemic, this should be investigated and prioritized.
However, it is also known that the agenda to depopulate the planet is obvious, and standard fear porn is often used to keep civilizations in line and China was most certainly responsible for mass hysteria regarding Covid-19.
The other day I had a conversation with Ryan gable about DNA advancement and the possibility of biological warfare strategies that have been discussed in detail, by the Chinese government.
He referred me to a paper that I found compelling about biological attacks and the use of disease scares were a quite common part of strategies to blame adversaries for disease outbreaks, and the possibility of biowarfare attacks.
Frank Dikötter’s The Tragedy of Liberation tells an eerie story about psychological operations that China has used to n the past to traumatize their people into believing that an enemy has attacked using biological weapons.

Beijing put the country on red alert in April 1952, charging that the Americans had secretly been waging germ warfare since the end of January. The enemy had allegedly dropped infected flies, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, bedbugs, lice, fleas, dragonflies and centipedes over parts of North Korea and Manchuria, spreading every variety of contagious diseases.
Carried out like a military campaign, the drive to cleanse the country soon alienated large sections of the population. In Beijing, everybody was inoculated against plague, typhus, typhoid and just about every other disease for which there was a vaccine, whether they wanted it or not. In the countryside, compulsion assumed a wholly different dimension.
In parts of Shandong, the militia would arrive and block off both sides of the market, locking villagers in until they had been injectedundefined Everywhere threats were common, and some of those who refused an injection were portrayed as spies on the imperialists’ payroll. In Shaanxi, too, the campaign treated ordinary villagers as so many potential enemies to be brought to heel. In some places, local cadres commanded that ‘he who does not kill flies is guilty of germ warfare’. Households that failed to comply with the instructions had a black flag pinned on their front door.
One commendable result of this phobia was that some of the most important cities were cleaned up. In Beijing the pavements were scrubbed, holes in the road refilled and households ordered to paint the walls of their houses up to a height of a meter with white disinfectant… DDT and other harmful pesticides became a permanent feature in the attack on nature, helping to turn cities into stark concrete landscapes devoid of greenery.
Many residents, from traffic police and food handlers to street sweepers, started wearing cotton masks, which always surprised foreign visitors. This habit would last for decades.
From north to south, people were also required to kill the ‘five pests’, namely flies, mosquitoes, fleas, bedbugs and rats. In Beijing, every person had to produce the tale of one rat every week. Those who greatly exceeded the quota were allowed to fly a red flag over the gate of their house, while those who failed had to raise a black flag.
Sound eerily familiar doesnundefinedt it?
It appears that a psy-op protocol can always be used to create tyranny especially when the thought of disease and biological warfare are mentioned.
It is the most effective invisible enemy obviously.
In the year 2000, The Project for the New American Century produced a report titled, “Rebuilding America’s Defenses”, which contained a radical and belligerent extremist neo-conservative policy ambition for America.
The group, the Project for the New American Century, or PNAC, was founded in 1997. Among its supporters were three Republican former officials who were sitting out the Democratic presidency of Bill Clinton: Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and Paul Wolfowitz.
Their report that was submitted was basically a manifesto for making America an occupying threat all over the world.
There were 18 people who signed off on the plan they include Deputy former Secretary of State Richard Armitage; John Bolton, who was the former undersecretary of state for disarmament; and Zalmay Khalilzad, the White House liaison to the Iraqi opposition. Other signatories included William Kristol, editor of the conservative Weekly Standard magazine, and Richard Perle, chairman of the advisory Defense Science Board.
Their report called itself a “blueprint for maintaining global US preeminence … and shaping the international security order in line with American principles and interests.” The authors, showed their genocidal mentality when they stated:
“Advanced forms of biological warfare that can ‘target’ specific genotypes may transform biological warfare … to a politically useful tool.”
The emphasis here is on biological weapons that can identify certain genotypes.
Again, this is not a conspiracy theory – this is documented. The plans that were being executed behind the scenes included a new Pearl Harbor as listed in the documents and genetic technology to be used in new biological weapons usage.
The question is with the knowledge of biological technology that can be released into the public, who would be crazy enough to release it and what can be done to destroy it?
Today’s advances in biotechnology and genetic engineering have exciting applications in medicine — yet also alarming implications, including for military affairs. China’s national strategy of military-civil fusion.
Has highlighted biology as a priority, and the People’s Liberation Army could be at the forefront of expanding and exploiting this knowledge.

In 2010’s War for Biological Dominance, Guo Jiwei a professor at the Third Military Medical University, emphasizes the impact of biology on future warfare.
In 2015, then-president of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences He Fuchu argued that biotechnology will become the new “strategic commanding heights” of national defense, from biomaterials to undefinedbrain controlundefined weapons. Maj. Gen. He has since become the vice president of the Academy of Military Sciences, which leads China’s military science enterprise.
Biology is among seven undefinednew domains of warfareundefined discussed in a 2017 book by Zhang Shibo a retired general and former president of the National Defense University, who concludes: “Modern biotechnology development is gradually showing strong signs characteristic of an offensive capability,” including the possibility that “specific ethnic genetic attacks”
The 2017 edition of Science of Military Strategy a textbook published by the PLA’s National Defense University that is considered to be relatively authoritative, debuted a section about biology as a domain of military struggle, similarly mentioning the potential for new kinds of biological warfare to include “specific ethnic genetic attacks.”
These are just a few examples of extensive and evolving literature by Chinese military scholars and scientists who are exploring new directions in military innovation.
Following these lines of thinking, the PLA is pursuing military applications for biology and looking into promising intersections with other disciplines, including brain science, supercomputing, and artificial intelligence.
Since 2016, the Central Military Commission has funded projects on military brain science, advanced biomimetic systems, biological and biomimetic materials, human performance enhancement, and “new concept” biotechnology.
It will be increasingly important to keep tabs on the Chinese military’s interest in biology as an emerging domain of warfare, guided by strategists who talk about potential “genetic weapons” and the possibility of a “bloodless victory.
While biological weapons can also be used in relatively mild ways, it is equally true that in the case of their most destructive use, these too are capable of killing millions of people, although over a longer period of time when compared to nuclear weapons. The second aspect is that these can be developed and used in much more secretive ways compared to nuclear weapons. In fact, even when these inflict enormous damage, it may at times be difficult to get conclusive proof of the use of bio-weapons, let alone the identity of the user/perpetrator, although of course there will be strong suspicions backed by circumstantial evidence.
Biological warfare (also called germ warfare) can be used to spread disease among human beings or destroy crops on a large scale. Protection against such an attack is extremely difficult, especially in the case of a surprise attack.
The entire issue of genetically altered and engineered viruses should be discussed and debated among people also in well-informed conditions of transparency as very important issues of big risks to safety cannot be left to a few experts alone and should be the subject of well-informed public discussion as well. In all such matters, safety should get the highest consideration.
\As the safety afforded by the convention banning biological weapons has turned out to be illusionary to a large extent, there is renewed urgency of international efforts to ban biological weapons in more effective and comprehensive ways, and in addition to also prevent accidental releases from high hazard bio-labs which can be potentially capable of causing as much harm, or even more, than deliberately and selectively used bio-weapons. No country in the world is safe from such threats, although dangers just now may be highest in Europe due to the Ukraine conflict.
Safety first and safety foremost must be the guiding principle of protective and preventive actions involving scientists, and peace and disarmament activists.
The existence of biological weapons targeted at certain races and ethnic groups is an ugly symbol of the violent consciousness that plagues humanity.
Despite tremendous technological advancements, developments in health care and wonders of creative expression, little of note has changed in humanity’s collective consciousness: Tribalism, idealism and selfish desire persist, and negative tendencies that under the pervasive socio-economic systems are exacerbated and encouraged. People and nations are set in competition with one another, and separation and mistrust are fed, leading to disharmony, fear and conflict.
Such engineered insecurity is used as justification for nations to maintain a military force, and in the case of the world’s nuclear powers, arm themselves with other lethal bioweapons that, if used, would destroy all life, human and sub-human alike.
Clearing the world of these rogue labs and mad scientists would not only be a major step in safeguarding humanity and the planet, it would represent a triumph of humane principles of goodness — cooperation, trust, unity — over hate, suspicion and discord.
It is the Governments of some of the most powerful countries that stand as obstacles to common sense and progress: Corporate-State governments motivated not by a burning desire to help create a peaceful world at ease with itself but driven by self-interest, pressure from financial investors and the demands of the arms and bio-security -industry.
As you have already guessed undefined the biological weapon or the threat of sickness has been a major tool for tyranny. According to Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum it is a silver lining- a pleasant surprise for the prospects of world enslavement.
What we are facing is not just a new level of tyranny, but a new kind of tyranny. One that requires more than passive obedience or inaction from people in order to preserve their status quo.
The New Normal demands people do things to positively reinforce that Normal, not simply passively consent. People are being asked to make fundamental changes to their daily lives and proactively DO things that inconvenience, impoverish or endanger them and their loved ones.
Imagine a world of isolation, more mask-wearing, lockdowns and the breakdown of social cohesion. Imagine a world where people are targeted and chosen for a long and painful death because of a racial bio-weapon.
We would all be required to stay in our homes, duct tape our windows, refuse contact, and close stores, all being touted by authorities as an individual act of faith in the truth and reality of the narrative.
The fourth Industrial Revolution is supposed to be in part about data, a DNA panopticon of information to control whether you live or die. Those with this information will control the world.
Think about that.
