8/14/23: REAL TALLY IN MAUI W/ DANE WIGINGTON

Posted on August 14th, 2023 by Clyde Lewis

An unprecedented fire sparked by high winds destroyed the picturesque and historical town of Lahaina on the island of Maui last week, as several of the locals and tourists trying to flee were trapped in the fiery inferno -  some sought refuge by jumping into the ocean. Sadly, the loss of human life may be in the hundreds and many of the survivors are homeless.  There are numerous theories as to why this devastating event occurred such as climate change, global warming, directed energy weapons, a warning system malfunction, and a lack of sufficient water pressure to fight the blaze but as we look at what caused the conditions for this perfect storm of destruction, weather control technology or geoengineering should strongly be considered. Tonight on Ground Zero, Ryan Gable talks with the founder of geoengineeringwatch.org, Dane Wigington about REAL TALLY IN MAUI.

SHOW TRANSCRIPT:

People often say that it is difficult to know what is true, who can be trusted, or what is happening in the world. This is subjective and conjecture, but there is some truth in the idea.

This is especially true right now when we look at the debates over what caused the wildfires in Hawaii.

One idea is of course Climate Change.

The other is that a visible laser came down and started the fire. Some call that a Directed Energy Weapon.

But I have a lot of thoughts on both theories.

If a laser starts a fire, how does that fire produce the same evidence as a so-called directed energy weapon?

If there’s nothing else influencing it, a fire just burns like normal.

The evidence for directed energy weapons in New York City on 911 shows abrupt cut off points where fires stopped, burning metal, but not plastic.

Countless people, including first responders, reported feeling cold instead of heat, around the tower. Others reported feeling like they were driving into a microwave the closer they got toward downtown.

And people in the towers were reporting to 911 that there was intense heat but no fire - on various floors..

So if a laser started the fire, how can there be any guarantee that it can be controlled, assuming that there was intention to control the weapon. If a laser started the fire, again, not only would you probably not see it, but a laser is a singular thing ending at a point, and that is much different than something like an active denial system, which makes an entire area temporarily uninhabitable.

Once again, this sounds like another case of mass psychosis, a product of social media, algorithmic, hyperbolic hysteria, etc. Now, I am not saying it can’t be a DEW and I am certainly NOT saying it is Climate Change.

What I’m saying is that in both cases we blame MAN and forget that MOTHER NATURE has power too and she doesn’t always have to be provoked. In fact, most of the time when she does act we don’t have a theory on why because most of the planet is uninhabited and a flood or fire in a remote location doesn’t affect our homes or other infrastructure.

In fact, according to the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC.GOV), as of this weekend:

“So far in 2023, 33,700 wildfires have burned 1,546,630 acres. This is still below the 10-year average of 36,431 wildfires and 4,217,043 acres burned.”

California alone had 4,123 wildfires burning this weekend. Others still burn in Montana, Oregon, Washington and right here in Arizona.

So personally I urge caution: not in the questioning of all possibilities, but the jumping to conclusions immediately of what the cause was. That goes for climate change or directed energy weapons.

We also have to consider something else:

Perhaps if there was some form of government or military or private involvement with starting a fire with a laser or other device, they may spread dis and mis information undefined like a rocket ship launch photograph undefined as proof that is easily deductible. This is what the 1950s Robertson Panel Report said about UFOs: go out and spread interesting accounts that can be easily debunked while ignoring real cases.

If the fires were started then perhaps the culprits spread this fake information on DEWs to prevent people asking the right questions.

Likewise, whether these kinds of weapons are used often or not, when the algorithm allows this content to spread without any pushback, it’s not an accident.

The kinds of photos that are spread on the Internet as proof might be taking away from actual evidence of directed energy weapons too.

These photos, and the politically motivated climate change narrative takes away from the immediate nature of the disaster.

It’s like when there were fires in the Amazon a few years ago, which is a very common thing, celebrities in Hollywood were tweeting pictures about the fire, even though the pictures were from a decade previous and had nothing to do with the current fire.

Perhaps the forces we believe burned Hawaii are interested in conditioning the public to believe that these kinds of weapons don’t exist by spreading so much fake information that nobody will question the real use of such a weapon, or they will believe only the most ridiculous stories. Such disinformation is intended to distract from any potential conspiracy.

The real conspiracy is information. How to spread it, distort it, manipulate it, misrepresent it – how to disinform and misinform.

This can also come in the form of predictive-programming and retro-causality programming like the MAUI BURST Mountain Dew flavor, which up until 2020 was an exclusive product of Dollar General.

Another way this is done is through the association of very real things - be them in or out of context with another thing – such as the Hawaii Digital Government Summit. Some people have been saying that the fire was a way to clear out the old world and allow for a smart city to be built back better.

But as with the other wildfires we ignore: In 2013 Glasgow, Scotland, became the first UK smart city, and it wasn’t set on fire and entirely burned down. Major cities all over the U.S. laid this same foundation too, and although many suffer from filth and crime they are not beyond repair. Look how fast Democrat policies were overturned when Biden went to El Paso.

Also, according to local and national news reports in 2021, former Walmart executive Marc Lore is also planning to build a $400-billion “15 minute city” in the southwest. Nothing needs to burn for this to happen. The land is bought and the city will be built. There is plenty of land to do this and thinking that the 15MIN CITY, which is certainly real, has to be attached to your city is the equivalent of thinking the planet is overpopulated because we have overcrowded cities. There is other land and some would be happy to move to a SMART CITY.

In all of these cases thus far there have been no massive destruction by fire. In fact, most cities just ram these policies into place with propositions under the blanket term democracy by relying on ignorant voters. Tucson just tried to do the same thing but luckily the people voted it down just narrowly.

Nevertheless the city of Tucson is falling apart, and there are drugs, illegal immigrants, crime and homeless people everyone. This undercuts the value of land enough, a problem which is further amplified by the removal of police. Then once that land is purchased for building big apartment buildings or shopping centers the police come back and the streets are cleaned up. No need for Star Wars weapons. The same is happening in Florida.

Now in the state of Hawaii that may a little different with the presence of Star Wars bases since the 1980s. There was one at Haleakala which has been reportedly moved in 2019 to Mauna Kea. People in Hawaii, and the Sovereignty Movement there, are pretty opposed to the overhauling of life. But, again, Tucson, voted against a 15min city and life here is the same. No fires.

Either way, theories go that this fire was a plan to rebuild as a smart city and the proof can be found in The Hawaii Digital Government Summit planned for September 2023. However, it’s a pretty general get together and only one major talk is planned on the IoT:

The world of government technology is shifting by the day. The need for Dynamic Digital Transformation and unlocking the power of emerging technologies like AI and IoT is the future.

Other proof is said to be found in the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences, but upon checking up on this it “has been known worldwide as the longest-standing working scientific conferences in information Technology Management” since 1968.

If anything is happening here that’s nefarious it seems to be that the sometimes erratic but always highly speculating online sleuths are spreading ideas that make climate change sound more probable and geoengineering less probable.

The loose cannon way that Directed Energy Weapons are flaunted is equal in nature to the way people throw around ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine which are still Big Pharma drugs with serious side effects.

A better example would be the notion that the Paradise fires were started to kill a group of tall white aliens living in California.

If the government wanted to start a fire it would be far more logical to use something less expensive and uncertain than a powerful billion dollar laser weapon system.

Some have said that the fire was intentional because many folks refused to sell their ancestral land. This was a way to change the status quo. It is highly suspicious that the emergency siren warning system was silent despite the knowledge of government officials. Others have pointed out that water pumps were empty or failed, but that isn’t new since all the islands have had water pump issues for years.

Reminds me of when Katy Perry tried to buy a convent and eight acres in California and when the deal turned bad, the Nun just happened to die.

Yes, it is devastating. Yes, it is scary. Yes, people want answers. We want to blame someone else even if there is no one to blame. Although maybe there is. If the fire was intentional I just don’t think it has to do with Directed Energy Weapons. I think that talk distracts from other more logical conclusions.

But the media has ] been hyping the cost and scale of the devastation.

NBC News said it will be the “largest natural disaster in the state’s history.” By what metric though? FEMA puts the damage at $5.52 billion in Maui. In comparison, the 1992 August Hurricane Iniki – filmed during Jurassic Park - caused $3.1 billion. Adjusting for inflation that makes the Hurricane more costly - at over $6.7 billion - than the fire, and more objectively devastating.

The hurricane destroyed 1,400 homes alone, while the fires have been estimated to have destroyed 2,719 structures with an estimated 86% being residential. Still more than the hurricane but that’s with modern metrics. The population, and homes, have grown substantial since 1992: from about 108,000 to closer to 160,000 today.

So what does all of this tell us?

First, there are directed energy weapons, but definitions vary.

Second, there is cloud seeding, solar radiation management, and atmospheric manipulation.

Third, tsunami bombs have been tested off the coast of New Zealand, artificial snow has been proposed as a way to keep Antarctic with more ice, and some even say according to NBC News in 2005 that the levees in New Orleans were blown up by regular ole explosives.

There are memorandums from the Department of Commerce about “hurricane modification” dating to 2009, which state:

“While OAR [NOAA’s Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research] recognizes that weather modification, in general, is occurring through the funding of private enterprises, NOAA does not support research that entails efforts to modify hurricanes.”

They go on to reference the 1962 to 1983 program called STORMFURRY. Another is POPEYE.

A 1997 document from the DOD with Secretary of Defence William S. Cohen says in reference to another writer that “some scientists in their laboratories trying to device certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby the can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes removes through the use of electromagnetic fields.”

The fires sparked immediate reactions by the political zealots who blamed it on hurricane winds and climate change.

The opposite reaction is the reflex reaction of Directed Energy Weapons. This prompted Newsweek to run the headline about how ‘Hawaii Wildfires Spark Conspiracy Theory About Directed Energy Weapons.”

The article talks about how people are sharing images of lasers hitting the islands and people like Stew Peters, who sold snake venom oil to you, said ‘The Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) being used on Hawaii are powerful enough to set the Pacific Ocean on fire.” Talk about sensationalism garbage equivalent to calling it climate change.

Meanwhile, Stew Peters gets clicks and money for selling garbage.

What most don’t recognize about DEWS is that they involve lasers and electromagnetic to, according to the US Government Accountability Office “combat enemy forces” with by “use of concentrated electromagnetic energy.” In simple terms, DEWs are usually used to scramble electronics not set the pacific ocean on fire.

A famous project is VIGILANT EAGLE which was designed by Raytheon to protect aircraft from the threat of shoulder-fired missiles. It basically shoots a beam that divers the missile.

This doesn’t stop pictures of rockets being used as proof. In fact, I went back to an old show in 2018 I did about DEWs and the same picture being circulated today of Hawaii being hit with these weapons is the same image I used in 2018 for a show promo: it was a Falcon 9 Rocket launching from Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Type in ‘SpaceX steamroller has shifted into a higher gear this year’ and you can see the picture. It’s not even being used to debunk DEWs, because it has nothing to do with them, it’s a rocket launch. You can also see how these conmen online and people who are delusional cut the image so the rocket is removed and the top of the frame just has a laser looking light.

Other videos show online personalities playing videos of other people filming the devastation – they claim the one good car in the video is proof of DEWs rather than the vehicle driven there by the person filming.

Some are pointing out that the fire spread abnormally quickly. What they don’t say is that Hurricane Dora was assaulting the island with category 4 winds with gusts above 60 miles per hour. Any spark, downed powerline, etc., and it’s an inferno.

It’s the same with boats on fire. Abnormal perhaps but very basic fire science will tell you that with very high winds sparks and embers can spread quick and ignite other fires in yards or on boats. This is called SPOTTING.

Now, on a sperate note, there is certainly something to be said about the Green Lasers over Hawaii, as reported by NASA back in February. China was blamed for those lights and conveniently the algorithm this Sunday gave us exactly what we wanted to hear. Futurism posted an article: ‘Chinese Military Says it Figured Out How to Build Laser Weapons That Can Fire Indefinitely.” High Energy Beam weapons were overheating but the story is about how China found a way to cool them.

China absolutely has weather control technology. But we are supposed to believe they controlled a hurricane and then fired a laser and then used the wind to blow the fire which left evidence of Directed Energy Weapons which wouldn’t be there from a single laser strike.

Some documents to consider:

Joint Intermediate Forces Capabilities office - DOD: Active Denial Systems

National Defence University Press - “Directed Energy Weapons are real… and disruptive”

According to DOD’s Joint Publication 3–13 Electronic Warfare, directed energy (DE) is described as an: “umbrella term covering technologies that produce a beam of concentrated electromagnetic energy or atomic or subatomic particles. A DE weapon is a system using DE primarily as a direct means to disable, damage or destroy adversary equipment, facilities, and personnel. DE warfare is military action involving the use of DE weapons, devices, and countermeasures to either cause direct damage or destruction of adversary equipment, facilities, and personnel, or to determine, exploit, reduce, or prevent hostile use of the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) through damage, destruction, and disruption.”

Hypnotic suggestion is a process by which a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are stimulated artificially. From disease to temperature, we are constantly being presented with a false sense of reality. Maybe a fire was caused by Climate Change and maybe by a DEW.

Recent news reports have admitted that heat related deaths are down but it still feels hotter, or that less people are sick but others feel sicker.

In essence, we are being hypnotized to feel sick and overheat even when this is not objective reality. Two professors have even said that even if you don’t test positive for covid, just assume you have it if you ‘believe’ it to be true.

Fortune reported in 2022 that Dr. Stuart Ray, vice chair of medicine for data integrity and analytics at Johns Hopkins’ Department of Medicine, said: ‘If you feel confident you have COVID, you probably have COVID’ even if you test negative. Professor Tim Spector said something similar, to just ‘assume’ you have COVID.

The SF Standard reported in late 2022 that many of the Twitter doctors with rainbow and Ukrainian flags on their profile, who pushed all the same standard talking points about COVID, were literally made up people with stock photos. Another name for them is sock puppets.

A few weeks ago Maricopa County in Arizona brought in cooling containers for all the expected dead bodies form your average heat wave. Despite the county saying ‘this year has been worse than prior years’ the numbers, even admitted by NBC News, for heat related deaths were down by hundreds. NBC, however, ran a story where they admit this but say, it feels hotter and people seem sicker - even though these are both literally FEELINGS OVER FACTS.

Maricopa County even said they were invoking COVID era policies to deal with heat. The media otherwise was saying the same, urging residence to stay indoors because of the heat. Whether its heat, wildfires or COVID, the message is the same, even if it’s common sense.

One professor in Arizona even suggested uploading personal data to an app to essential ‘contact trace’ your heat vulnerability. Of course, the solution to heat is geoengineering and blocking out the sun, which after being denied for years was referred to by the New Yorker as a vaccine for C02 - see SARS-COV-2.

The obsessive manner in which these subjects are presented to the public is one driver of fear, and when that is coupled with overwhelming amounts of contradicting reports, people begin to feel doubt, shame, guilt, and a need to confess their problems or sins. Every day this is done online in the form of digital struggle sessions, where ‘class enemies’ or ‘anti’ groups are humiliated, accused, and harassed. Those are the solutions by which one gives power to blank faces behind a digital confessional, the equivalent of giving blackmail material to a cult. NBC News already has a climate confessional on their website.

This confusion is front and center with the fires in Hawaii. But as an objective measure Hurricane Iniki was more devastating based on financial damage and buildings destroyed when adjusted for inflation and population.

News broadcasts are like spells wherein our feelings are spelled out on the television, which tells our vision what to believe is real. It is even worse on social media no matter what your political identity is.

Look at how a woman screaming on a plane provoked multiple copy cats - chances are for simple CLOUT. Then multiple people got online and published videos about how they were the passenger she was talking about. In this case there can’t be more than one person who wasn’t real.

This happened in Halifax, England, in the 1930s. One woman reported being attacked by a slasher and then suddenly others reported the same. Turns out evidence of the attack was largely self inflicted but the hysteria spread nonetheless and was eventually classified as mass psychosis.

Confusion, anger, fear, etc. cause outbreaks of panic over everything and anything, which can be directed or reset just as easily. Look at how quickly people will riot over a PS5 giveaway.

And this isn’t new.

All throughout history humans have been subject to this mass hysteria and to various social contagions:

The Dancing Plague of 1518 saw the people of Strasbourg dance in the streets for a straight week. Hundreds more joined within a month and many danced until they died of stroke, heart attack, or exhaustion.

The 1944 Mad Gasser of Mattoon saw the town of Mattoon, Illinois, ripe with WWII era panic, before as reports began spreading of a mystery man spraying gas on unsuspecting victims. The gas lead to paralysis and had a strange odor. The same thing was reported during the Bubonic Plague in Europe.

The Laughing Epidemic of 1962 saw school children in Tanzania begin laughing so uncontrollably that schools were shut down. Thousands of children eventually were swept up in the hysteria and four schools had to be closed down temporarily. Students developed rashes, fainted, and even had respiratory  distress.

A May 2006 viral disease in Portugal spread only because of a tv show. Schools across the country began to report that hundreds of students were struck with rashes, dizziness, and difficulty breathing. Medical professionals eventually blamed it on a tv show, Strawberries with Sugar, a soap opera wherein a life-threatening illness with all the same symptoms had plagued teenagers in a fictional school. It was classified mass psychogenic illness. People weren’t actually sick.

The 1952 Beijing disease scare did something similar. Communist officials said the Americans were dropping infected insects all over the countryside. The response was military like. Chemicals were sprayed everywhere, cotton masks were worn, people couldn’t leave their homes without vaccines or social distancing, and people had their class status determined by how many ‘infected’ rats they caught.

The most famous of these is probably the 1662 Salem Witch Trials.

We see similar examples of this mass psychogenic illness almost weekly. It’s a contagion concocted in the computer labs of both mainstream and alternative media.

Everyone died of a virus or everyone died of the vaccine.

Every drought, rain, flood, fire, gust of wind, storm, or lack thereof is called Climate Change, Global Warming, or Global Boiling.

Or it’s all caused by a Directed Energy Weapons and Weather Satellites.

Sure, there is something to be said of disease and of drugs and vaccines, as well as there is something to be said of solar cycles, the jet stream, pollution, and military weapons projects. But these are not the answers to everything. More often than not the world is doing just fine and there isn’t a conspiracy, but that doesn’t mean conspiracies aren’t hatched.

This all or nothing, hyper polarized, and extremely distorted, way to look at the world feeds the algorithm and coffers of people looking to profit from sensationalism, hyperbole, out right lies, and organized propaganda, whether that profit is financial, political, or cultural.

In reality there is more to the story.

Poverty, literacy, life expectancy, and resource extraction, recycling, and use efficiency have all improved in the last 20 years and last 50 years, etc.

People no longer die from things that once were blamed on viruses when really it was the lack of sanitation, hygiene, plumbing, running or clean water in general, waste disposal, etc.

Our food and water are cleaner by leaps and bounds, and more abundant. Energy is cheaper and more available and cleaner than in the past. Resources, including oil, are more abundant than we think. For example, aluminum use was 16 time higher in the 21st century than in 1950 but the reaming years of availability have increased from 171 to 276. Same thing with iron, copper, zing, etc.

Trash is a separate problem but even then; nearly all trash in the U.S. over the next century has been estimated to fit into a landfill 18 miles on each side taking up only 0.009% of the world’s landmass, sort of like how over ten billion humans could all be put into a single state like Texas with plenty of room.

See we ignore overcrowding and pollution for overpopulation and C02, which are tenets of eugenics and homicidal maniacs.

But what about the fires, floods, and storms?

Well, as one Nature article put it, ‘Changes in Atlantic Major Hurricane Frequency Since the Late-19th Century’, any perceptual change in frequency or intensity is a result of ‘changes in observing practices and not likely a true climate trend.’ We now classify hurricanes by damage despite more people living in high risk areas, with more things, that cost more.

This is nearly identical to what the Associated Press and NOAA said about the recent claims of the hottest day and months ever, which are based on moving temperature devices to major urban areas and putting them on tarmacs, altering the way the data is collected and compiled, etc: “The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration on Thursday issued a note of caution about the Maine tool’s findings, saying it could not confirm data that results in part from computer modeling, saying it wasn’t a good substitute for observations.”

The Wall Street Journal added: “One obvious problem with the updated narrative is that there are no satellite data from 125,000 years ago. Calculated estimates of current temperatures can’t be fairly compared with guesses of global temperature from thousands of years ago.”

As for fires and floods, heat waves and other natural climate disasters…

Fires:

Forest fires are also substantially less destructive than they were in the 1920s and 1930s per annual burned area – millions of acres. Despite there being more forest fires overall since the 1960s, likely because we are identifying them, far less area has burned.

However, up until the 1940s, forest fires burned substantially more acres annually, dropping to below ten million acres a year after 1952. In the 1930s the acreage burned surpassed fifty million a year. Today that number is steadily under ten million due to forest management and new technologies. As of 2020, the number was about 25% of what it had been 90 years previous!

Floods:

According to the United Nations, there is “a lack of evidence and thus low confidence regarding the sign of trend in the magnitude and/or frequency of floods on a global scale.” They add, “trends in floods are strongly influenced by changes in river management.”

From 1903 to 2018, inflation-adjusted flood costs in the United States rose from a total of $3.5 billion to $12.8 billion. Climate also plays virtually no role in these increases. Despite a 370% increase in the annual cost of flooding in the United States, two key factors are left out of the equation. One, there are 750% more housing units as of 2017 compared with 1903. Two, in the last half-century the average size of a house also increased by half and prices overall have mostly tripled. Flooding costs more today because we have larger homes and more valuables, all of which are much more expensive. The cost of flooding based on the percentage of GDP from 1903 to 2018 has steadily declined.

Heatwaves:

Multi-day heat waves themselves have even remained steady since the late 1800s, peaking in the 1930s extremely and then dropping back down to previous levels. For some perspective, we know that increased warming of the temperature will save about 166,000 lives a year. Roughly 4,508,326 people die a year in extreme cold, while only 481,411 people die in extreme heat.

According to a 2015 study in Lancet, the biggest ever conducted examining 74 million deaths caused in 384 locations in 13 countries, there are 17 deaths from cold compared to every single death from heat. Statistically, 7% of all deaths were caused by cold whereas only 0.5% were caused by heat. The study found that 140,000 people die from heat every year, but more than 2 million die from cold every year.

Climate Deaths:

From the early 20th-century until WWII, deaths from natural disasters were at about 66 per 1000,000. By the end of the century, that rate was 1.4 per 100,000.

From the 1920s when climate-related deaths reached nearly 500,000 from storms, wildfires, floods, droughts, and extreme temperatures, to 2020 when the same climate-related deaths were far below 25,000.

There are numerous undefinedreasonsundefined given for the apparent wide-spread burning of large portions of California. Even if man-made Climate Change is not to blame, through political motivations, others have suggested another man-made cause, including the intentional setting of fires, albeit for different reasons, through the usage of Directed Energy Weapons. But what do we know about these undefinedweaponsundefined and how do they relate to undefined9/11undefined, the work of a handful of relatively unknown researchers, and these wild fires?

Certainly there is more to the Australian fires than the polar claims of climate change or directed energy weapons. The latter can be dismissed through reasoning and arson, the former with actual science. Make no mistake, these fires are both natural and man-made, but to what degree and what that degree implies, is left up for debate.
