There has been a lot of viral excitement on the internet about sightings of Lasers being used in Texas and recently there was a report of alleged Lazer battlefield mapping over Cape Coral Florida.
WINK News out of Florida reported last month that residents were seeing lasers being fired from drones or planes in the area.
Residents claim that what they saw the green laser spread out like it was mapping the areas, and it kept going in a north and south direction and then it would just go farther to west. It kept going north and south and then came back.
Meanwhile, the Lazer videos from Texas are still awaiting verification undefined but that has not at all stopped people from making connections between the lasers and whether or not they are responsible for the fires in Texas and even Maui.
They also cited evidence that just before the Maui fires a green beam was also captured by a telescope.
The University of Hawaii telescopes captured “Green Laser Beam” for over 10 minutes- on August 7th. 2023.
It is believed that the Maui fires began the day after the sighting.
But also we must keep in mind that even before that, around the same time as the Chinese Balloon fiasco, astronomers reported that a Chinese satellite was caught on video beaming down green lasers over the Hawaiian Islands.
However the astronomers were baffled and just stated that a Chinese satellite was the most likely candidate for creating the laser sweep. The Laser sweep by the way was similar to the one seen in Florida but without the plane or drone.
Several different conspiracy theorists say that the fires in Texas, and many of the weird weather anomalies are because plasma experiments have been taking place in Alaska undefined That is right the HAARP array has been active. This would explain the weird weather spikes and heat waves followed by waves of snowstorms.
Before the weekend began I received a lot of e-mails from Ham radio operators notifying me that the HAARP array in Alaska was conducting experiments from February 27th until this week.
The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is based in Alaska and itundefineds a high-power, high-frequency transmitter for studying the ionosphere. The principal instrument is a phased array of 180 HF crossed-dipole antennas capable of radiating 3.6 megawatts into the upper atmosphere and ionosphere. Transmit frequencies are selectable in the range of 2.7 to 10 MHz.
The experiments that were conducted focused on directed energy warfare and the production of ELF and VLF emissions and studies on the effects of ionospheric plasma waves on orbiting satellites.
These experiments according to the military would be helpful to lead to a greater understanding of the production and enhancement of ELF/VLF waves, as well as lay groundwork for future studies of satellite interactions with space plasma.
The Plasma Physics Division of the HAARP installation has successfully produced a sustained high-density plasma cloud in Earthundefineds upper atmosphere.
Previous artificial plasma density clouds have lifetimes of only ten minutes or less now the plasma can be sustained for as long as the plasma beam is directed to its target.
Paul Bernhardt, Ph.D. head up the NRL Space Use and Plasma Section of the HAARP array stated that, This higher density plasma undefinedballundefined was sustained over one hour by the HAARP transmissions and was extinguished only after termination of the HAARP radio beam.
That should have caused a sizeable dent in the upper atmosphere- maybe to the point of creating various weather spikes that triggered extreme temperatures and weather anomalies.
Ten years ago theoretical physicist Dr. Michio Kaku had commented on mainstream news outlets that plasma and lasers that create artificial lightning exist and that they can play a role in climate anomalies.
Kaku also appeared on Fox News with Jesse Watters Confirming that weather control has been done in the past with Operation Popeye and that now Lasers can create ion particles that moisture can attach to creating lightning storms and sometimes dry lightning where wildfires are the result.
Kaku mentioned that 9 states participate in weather modification and that Dubai has a program where they have a laser system based on drones that go into the clouds fires a laser beam that electrifies the air and the ions form nuclei to produce raindrops.
He also stated that in the United States, we are experimenting with what he identified as Terawan laser systems that create highly electrified trillion-watt plasma that is pulsed. They produce more energy in a split second than all of the Nuclear Power plants on Planet Earth.
He did not however make a connection to the HAARP array, however now we know that these experiments continue.
We also are becoming very curious about how direct energy weapons and lasers are playing a role in geoengineering weather systems and perhaps their role in contributing to the wild fires that have been happening all over the world.
Speculation and conspiracy theory has made a case for these plasma weapons being used to ignite fires in Canada, California, Australia and Chile.
But it was the Maui fire that left behind evidence of foul play and recently President Biden made an off the cuff comment while speaking about the Texas Pan handle wildfires.
Biden stated in the Briefing that was held in Brownsville:

A lot of people who heard his final statements about the right roof were curious as to what kind of roof protects a home from being scorched in its footprint.
This has again raised red flags about the possibility that pulsed direct energy weapons were used on Lahaina and that many structures and other properties were spared because they were painted blue.
Disturbingly, the Maui fires were highly selective in what they burned. Poor and middle-class folks had their entire homes and livelihoods reduced to ash while the lavish estates of rich people like Oprah and Jeff Bezos remained unscathed.
Before the fires, it was reported that many local residents of Hawaii observed strange green laser lights in the sky. Lasers that were allegedly being used for geospatial mapping and weather observations.
The terrain was being mapped for anomalies and some say it was being used to single out certain colors that gave off different frequencies.
One particular color that was singled out was the color blue.
After the fires destroyed Lahaina, many blue-colored objects were observed to have not burned even though everything else around them was burned.
Blue cars, blue houses, blue roofs, patio umbrellas, blue boats even planters all were spared being turned to ash.
They are all based on light frequencies, and different wavelengths of light affect colors differently, During laser tattoo removal, different wavelengths are used for removing different colors. And this is because color is a quality of light. Each color has its frequency.
Red Light checks in at 430–480 THz, Yellow Light (510–540 THz), Green Light (540–580 THz), and Blue Light (610–670 THz).
However, many frequency tables claim that the blue light frequency is closer to 6.66 THz. Frequencies also make resonant sounds that can be used to trigger various responses from the body and nearby animals.
The Blue frequency is known to affect the respiratory system. Also, the thyroid, ears nose and throat.
All color frequencies along the spectrum affect the body and the environment undefined but was the disaster in Maui caused by direct energy weapons that did not see or calibrate the color blue and so things of that color were spared in the disaster?
Did the geospatial laser system fail to calibrate to the 6.66 frequency? This is still unsolved.
The military has all but confessed that plasma experiments, especially those carried out at the HAARP facility are turbulent with dynamically changing density structures. Electrostatic waves generated by the HAARP radio transmissions are thought to be responsible for accelerating electrons to high enough energy to produce the glow discharge in the neutral atmosphere approaching altitudes of nearly 170 kilometers.
The artificial plasma clouds are detected with HF radio soundings and backscatter, ultrahigh frequency radar backscatter, and optical imaging systems. Ground measurements of stimulated electromagnetic emissions provide evidence of the strength and frequency for the electrostatic waves that accelerated ambient electrons to ionizing velocities.
Before you walk away thinking that this is all science fiction conspiracy trash undefined keep in mind that there have been experiments in megacity operations where Directed Energy weapons would be tested to show how they would be used in the battlefield of the future.
The Army’s Capabilities Integration Center worked with the US Army Special Operations Command, the chief of staff’s Strategic Studies Group and the UK’s Ministry of Defense to wargame the future of armed combat, which revolved around the neutralization of groups who can influence the lives of the population while undermining the authority of the state, a chillingly vague description which could easily be applied to political dissidents.
The plan foresees an unprecedented realignment of U.S. military strategy focused around putting “boots on the ground” in megacities to deal with “politically dispossessed” populations while relying on “more lethal and more autonomous” methods.
The Army has already established that in the event of a massive rebellion undefined Army personnel and other military operations would have to put themselves in Megacity operation mode.
The report also notes how the Army will utilize directed energy weapons which “would allow U.S. to have direct-fire capabilities with significant logistics reduction, and to counter enemy long-range missile capability.”
The Megacity report has been devised to indicate plans for the battlefield of the future undefined not just foreign but domestic as well.
Confirmation that the U.S. Army is preparing to fight disaffected groups and individuals who attempt to ‘undermine the authority of the state’, which could apply to a whole host of perfectly legal political activities- this has been discussed as possibility as the armed forces and intelligence agencies are preparing for a possible insurrection scenario after the 2024 election.
A recent article in the Atlantic speculated on what could happen if Trump wins the 2024 election and Democrats decide to disrupt or overturn the confirmation of the vote on January 6th.
Attorneys and other legal scholars say that absent clear guidance from the Supreme Court, a Trump win could lead to a constitutional crisis in Congress. Democrats would have to choose between confirming a winner many of them believe is ineligible and defying the will of voters who elected him.
This could lead to a constitutional crisis -and some are concerned about a civil war footing that would be triggered after a Trump win.
A study by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism at the University of Maryland which was funded by the Department of Homeland Security lists Americans who are “reverent of individual liberty” and “suspicious of centralized federal authority” are just as likely to rise up against the government alongside violent terrorist groups.

The U.S. Army built a 300-acre ‘fake city’ in Virginia complete with a sports stadium, bank, school, and a subway to train for unspecified future combat scenarios. The city included a Christian chapel and subway signs in English, suggesting it was intended to double as a domestic town in addition to an overseas location.
The Army Times report is also disconcerting in light of a recently uncovered U.S. Army training document which detailed preparations for “full-scale riots” within the United States during which troops may be forced to engage in a “lethal response” to deal with crowds of demonstrators.
As with previous examples, the manual made it clear that such operations were being planned not just for foreign occupations but for inside the “continental United States “in the event of “unruly and violent crowds” where it is “necessary to quell riots and restore public order.”
The document also describes the deployment of a “lethal response” directed against “unarmed civilians,” including “sniper response” and “small arms direct fire,” while referring to domestic political upheavals such as the 1999 demonstrations against the WTO in Seattle.

Are people finally getting a glimpse of future warfare and how it will be used on civilians who decide to rebel?

Not all humans, especially our leaders are capable of being rational, honest, or maintaining any form of integrity and morals.

If we are ever to fight this barbarism we need to expose it now, before we have to resort to extreme measures to protect our property and families.
I have the instinct to condemn this psychological operation because how can it be that anyone can take pleasure in another’s pain or shame even if they’ve done such damage to us all?
